To Explore The Path Of China’s Economic Development Pattern Transformation As The Threshold Of Independent Innovation

On the basis of profound analysis of the environment at home and abroad of the12th-Five-Year period of economic and social development, China has proposed to accelerate the transformation of economic development Pattern as the main line of the "12th-Five-Year Plan". We are strengthening the research of this theory. We take independent innovation as the central link in the transformation of economic development pattern. But the research that how to use the independent innovation to promote the transformation of Economic Development Pattern is unsystematic. Therefore, taking independent innovation as a perspective to research the transformation of Economic Development Pattern and to explore the path that independent innovation promotes the transformation of Economic Development Pattern, are of important theoretical and practical significance for today’s China.Based on the analysis of the fundamental differences between the transformation of economic growth pattern and the transformation of economic development pattern and the analysis of the connotation of economic development pattern, the independent innovation and the transformation of economic development pattern is a two-way interactive process in this paper. With the research on the development process of the new China since founded60years ago, every huge change of economic development pattern is promoted by innovation. With the continuous development of practice, the age and the domestic environment of the transformation of economic development pattern have been changed. Therefore, we should analyze the changes in positive aspects and negative aspects comprehensively and make the improving the ability of innovation and accelerating the transformation of economic development pattern as key factors to change danger to opportunity. In the context of globalization, China should learn the experience of success and failure in the transformation process of USA, JAPAN, India and so on, to speed up the transformation of economic development pattern with integration of moderate and systemic independent innovation.Based on the research of theory and practice, the paper has to break through the chain of the areas of the economy, and explicit the leading strategy of independent innovation which is to make the innovation of concept be the guide, make the innovation-oriented country be the keynote, and make the innovation of evaluation system be the frame is confirmed to construct the power system of innovation in macro-scope, medium-scope and micro-scope. At the same time, coordination-mechanism of our independent innovation is reconstructed to emphasize the importance of expanding domestic demand. Focusing on improving people’s livelihood will promote the combining of transformation of economic development pattern and practice of constructing the socialist harmonious society to truly practice Scientific Outlook on Development.
