Therefore, constructing a perfect employee training system is the crucial link of enterprise human resources management, and also is important for enterprise gaining its core competitive advantages.ZB Electronic Company is a joint venture which takes the smart meter as its primary production. In its fierce market competition environment, the market development and marketing business were put into a very important strategic position. Level of competitiveness and market business, to a large extent, could determine the enterprise’s position and profits quantity it win in the market competition environment. Improving the training consciousness of marketing staff and implementing the on-the-job training are vital for the enterprise to take its position in the industry. The establishment and improvement of training system is a procession with scientific survey verification and gradually improvement. There are some deficiencies in the system of ZB Electronic Company’s marketing salesmen training at present. So how to solve these problems, to optimize and to perfect the training system is the focus for ZB Electronic Company.This paper was written from the training related theory, using scientific analysis tools and research methods to analyze the ZB electronic status of marketing staff training system. Tried to find out the issues and to explore and establish an employee training system according to the ZB Electronics Company strategy, marketing strategy and industry characteristics. At the end, try to offer some proposals for improving training system, in order to improve the marketing and sales level and making the core competence. Also wish this paper could have some practical value for other new established enterprises in the same group of ZB Electronics Company. |
