With the rapid economic development and the gradually intensified internationalization, the market competition industries faced is becoming fiercer. On the surface, the industries compete with each other in terms of quality, price and service of the product. Actually, the genuine competition among them is the human resource; in other word, it is the competition of the general quality of the staff. Managers of the modern industries realize this in the deep level gradually; therefore, they pay more and more attention to the industrial human resource management. Only through improving the general quality of the staff, can the industry develop. There is a strong necessity to strengthen and perfect the training system for industrial staff in order to improve their general quality. The staff training meets the need of staff development as well as the industrial development, and it is vital important for the industry to adapt to the external environmental changes, meet the needs of the individual self-development of staff, improve the effectiveness and the staff quality.In this article, the relative theories on industrial training are introduced. Based on the deep survey and analysis of DS company and its field, the staff training system of DS Company has been analyzed and studied, the relative experiences and existing problems have been found, and then the reasons of the problems have been briefly analyzed. According to the related theories and the practical, scientific, operational principle, tide staff training system of the DS Company has been designed through processes of the training's demanding analysis, plan determination, content design, style choice, result evaluation. In the end, implemental indemnification of staff training system has been briefly discussed.The target of this article is, in the view of human resource training, to investigate how the industry in the name of DS Company can adapt to the needs of the socialistic market economy, realize the joint with internationalization, and the effective way to enlarge and strengthen the industries. I hope this article will be helpful to the other industries in this field.
