Along with market competition further intensified, talents have become an important resource and become crucial to the success of success of the enterprise. Talents have become a key power if an enterprise wants to grow and develop in the fierce market competition. With the coming of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more intense. It apparently is the competition between product quality, price, technology and after-sales service, but indeed, look from deeper level, it is the competition between talents.Solving the problem of employee turnover belongs to human resources management, which should be based on corporate culture and be subject to the soft environment of the corporate culture. Only in this way, human resource management is more efficient. Corporate culture that takes human as the object of study, is an important way for the development of human resources. Excellent corporate culture can not only stimulate the staffs working enthusiasm and hard work to achieve strategic objectives, but also accelerate the organization’s assimilation process. It is hard to imagine an enterprise with no spirit and culture can get sustainable development in the fierce competition. Excellent corporate culture attracts outstanding talents, and also acts as the powerful tools to retain employees. To obtain talent, those respected, excellent enterprises all focus on the construction of corporate culture.Based on the existing corporate culture and human resources management theory, the paper studied employee turnover problem from the perspective of corporate culture. On the basis of these theories, combined with the practical experience of excellent enterprise that do well in human resource management, the paper puts forward a conceptual model for solving the problem of employee turnover. This study suggests that, to attract and retain talents and to solve the problem of employee turnover, enterprise should seek to radical solutions from the prospective of management philosophy and culture, such as improving entrepreneurs’value pursuit, building learning organization and focusing on excellent corporate culture construction. This provides a new thinking angle for enterprise to address the problem of employee turnover.
