With the arrival of the era of economy, enterprises generally feel great pressure and severe challenges that competition brings. People from all walks of life face increasing competition. It’s an urgent need for the enterprises to improve the core competence to enhance the competitive position in the industry. Training practices a wide range of applications in enterprise as a specific form of HR. It plays a very important role to improve staffs job skills and comprehensive quality for the enterprise, and so it has important practical significance to the research about enterprise staff training.TGT-China invested on mainland in2007. The development experienced only four years of time in the mainland. At the very beginning, the company dedicated to investment and business development, and pays little attention to the internal management and human resources construction of management. It caused a series of problems that is the enthusiasm of work among employees is low, the company cohesion is not strong, and the staff’s overall quality is low and so on. The fundamental expression of core competence for enterprise is the quality of the staff, and knowledge and skills are important aspects of the quality of the staff. The competitive enterprise is good at turning the tacit knowledge which belongs to the staff themselves rapidly into sharing knowledge of enterprise. Training is the core activities of human resources management and development. It plays a very important part in the modern enterprise human resources management and development. It is a powerful tool to turn the tacit knowledge which belongs to the staff themselves rapidly into sharing knowledge of enterprise. So to establish an effective training system is helpful for TGT-China company to encourage employees, train talents, improve the quality of employees, enhance the cohesive force and construct enterprise culture, and also helpful to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. It is necessary to the long-term development of the enterprise. The purpose of this article is to establish an effective training system for TGT-China company according to the analysis and research about existing human resources and training situation, based on the study and apply of the method of science. Therefore, this topic selection has a realistic and guiding meaning for TGT-China, and to build the foundation for enterprise’s further development.The line of this paper is putting forward problem, analyzing and solving problems. First of all, it presented the current phenomenon that training system of TGT-China company is not sound and almost absent. It makes the research with the related theory as foundation.Secondly, to introduce the situation of TGT-China Company and its organization structure briefly, and analyze the current situation of human resources and enterprise training which conceal a lot of problems and vulnerabilities based on analysis and research methods.Then, put forward the design and construction plan of training system. To analysis training needs, make the training plan, select training method and determine how to organize and implement based on the scientific principle and the thought of design. Eventually to determine training system design scheme. And to adopt corresponding measures to ensure the implementation of the construction scheme to get powerful guarantee.Finally, the full text is summarized, and the paper summarized the research conclusion and concluded. To propose the scheme of how to construct training system, and put forward the shortages of analysis in this paper and the future research direction which is worthy.The result of this study is that it established a set of training system for TGT-China Company. The conclusion is that the enterprise must establish an effective training system based on the reality of the enterprise itself, with a basis of scientific theory research and scientific method of building. So they can establish a set of effective training system which is suitable for enterprise itself. It is a practical guide for TGT-China Company through the study and establishment of the training system. It is a reference for expansionary enterprise including two kinds of culture conflict. This article proposed the particularity of the training system of expansionary enterprise including two kinds of culture conflict through the case study. This paper gives the further research in the future a foundation.
