For the thirty years of the policy of reform and opening-up, China’s economy hasmade a dramatic development, especially with the rapid rise of the Chinese privateenterprise, it broke the economy structure mainly based upon the state-ownedenterprises, and also made a great contribution for the prosperity of the market economy.The private enterprises had made a rapid development for the feature of flexiblemechanism and adaptability, and occupied an important position which became to theindispensable part of our economy structure. With the high-speed development of theprivate enterprises and the change of external environment, its own defects hadgradually revealed, such as the enterprise motivated problems, especially theconstruction of incentive mechanism for the key employees, which had influenced andrestricted the stable development for the private enterprises. With the process ofintegration of the world economy and the coming of the knowledge economy time, thecompetition between the enterprises have gradually become the competition betweentalent, the core for the source of competitive is the competition for talent advantage, toestablish the advantage, that need the enterprises had the ability to keep, absorb anddevelop the talents, which enables them for serving the company for a long term andgrow with the enterprises together. To establish and carry out a effective incentiveprograms is a good way for the enterprises to upgrade the human competitiveness. Thestudy for this paper is based upon the incentive programs for the key employees of SanXiong company, and hope we will find an useful exploration from this.The writing for this paper is to follow the questioning, problem analysis andquestion solving, this paper first reviews the incentive mechanism of basic theory, basedupon this, we point out the revelation for the incentive theory in enterprise, and thengave the concept and definition for the key employees, and made an analysis of thefeatures for the key employees, made a description for the existing research results andapplication, defined the company core staff and the present incentive management ofSan Xiong, we put forward the problems of the current incentive programs after theactual investigation, finally, we gave an optimization scheme for the incentive programs for San Xiong with various incentive theories.This paper adopts the method combined the modern incentive theory andenterprises empirical analysis, puts forward the framework for solving the problems inthe practice, brought forward the incentive measures which conformed with thecharacteristics of the private enterprise human capital work, hope with the investigationof this paper, to guide management practices effectively, which supply the support forpromoting the modern management construction of the enterprises. The incentiveproblems of San Xiong has a certain representation for the private lighting enterprises,so this paper provide an useful inspiration for the improvement of the incentiveprograms of the private lighting enterprises in our country.
