Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Farmers' Citizenization In Xiong'an New District

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in our country and the increasing level of urbanization year by year,the development process of urbanization has become more and more prominent in the people-oriented concept."Human urbanization" as the core of the new urbanization construction is mainly to promote the transformation of the rural population into the urban population,that is,the citizenization of farmers.Promoting the transformation of the rural population into the urban population will not only help to improve the level of urban development and promote its sustainable development,but also help to adjust the regional economic structure,transform the industrial development model,optimize the population spatial layout,upgrade the way of resource allocation,and then break the urban and rural areas.Meta-structure to promote the integration of urban and rural development.In order to promote the process of citizenization of farmers in the Xiong'an New District at this stage,this article is based on the existing research results.First,it explains the connotation and concept of farmers 'citizenization,citing the academic experience of foreign scholars to provide a theoretical basis for farmers' citizenization.Secondly,the main subjects of peasant citizenization in Xiong'an New District are clarified,and the methods of literature review,survey and research,comparative analysis,and data analysis are used to analyze the urbanization of peasants in Xiong'an New District from the status of urbanization rate,rural labor force,and public service.The current situation is described,and the dilemma faced by farmers in the Xiong'an New District during citizenization is analyzed.Finally,systematically sum up the advanced experience and typical practices of the peasant citizenization practice areas in Pudong New Area and other regions,and propose policies from the perspectives of "government guidance" and "market leadership" in view of the problems and deficiencies in the process of peasant citizenization in the Xiong'an New Area Suggest.Xiong'an New District should speed up the transfer of rural land,strengthen the training of farmers' vocational skills,improve the construction of public service capacity system,and increase thepsychological identity and life happiness.Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of "new-type urbanization" and "urban-rural integration",Xiong'an New Area,as an emerging area,should seize the opportunity and vigorously promote the civicization of farmers,thereby achieving "urbanization of people" and bringing Xiong'an New Area Build a "people-oriented" modern city.
