In recent years, as a leader of the Chinese nuclear power construction industry in china, China Southern New Energy Company obtains a larger development in staff training. However, due to the lack of a scientific, improved method of evaluation of training effectiveness, the company cannot be effectively measure the effect of training and reflect the results achieved, which has a direct impact on the development and continuous improvement of staff training.To combine the theory with practice, this article lays a solid theoretical basis for the research of training effectiveness evaluation, through in-depth and objective evaluation of the effect on training of domestic and abroad advanced theories. After the research of current situation of training and evaluation of training effectiveness of the company, this article analyzes the existing problems on the training effect evaluation and the causes of such problems. On the basis of the outcome of the study and the evaluation theory of Kirkpatriek, this article makes a comprehensive devising of evaluation of training effectiveness for the company, base on the evaluation flow, evaluation clause and evaluation ensuring mechanism. With the new production of evaluation of training effectiveness, this article makes a case study of the non-human resources manager in human resource management course in "Seagull·Flying plan", verifying the scientificalness and Practicality in the new production of training effectiveness evaluation.
