As the increasing of complex economic situation and fierce market competition, credit has became the necessary conditions of the enterprise survival and development as an important intangible assets of the enterprise; Enterprise credit management has becomes an important mean that the enterprise sets up the good credit image and prevents credit risk, and it has become the indispensable important aspects of the modern enterprise management. In the case of maximization of company value becoming the ultimate goal of the modern enterprise, how enterprise credit management influences the enterprise value? How to make the enterprise credit management drive company value creation?This article on the basis of the inner logical relationship between enterprise credit management and company value and previous studies, through the more careful combing of theory of enterprise credit management and company value, systematically summarized the enterprise credit management concept, defined the concept of company value, and focused on the enterprise credit management theory and analysis of a series of explicit and potential, financial and non-financial corporate value driving factors. From the perspective of customers, suppliers, banks, the internal staff and the public and other different stakeholders, the paper respectively analysis of how credit manegement influence the enterprise value. Based on this theory, this paper from the credit scoring model constructed enterprise credit management evaluation index.The empirical results indicate that:enterprise credit management and corporate value are related. Sample classification regression analysis shows that after classification, the ability of the interpretation on corporate value of sample company with higher level of the enterprise credit management is improved, and shows the higher value of the ascension of the effect. Points dimension regression analysis shows that: the customer dimension of credit management has good promotion effect value of the company.
