In the environment of market economy, monopoly enterprises less and less, Every enterprise is inevitably suffered from competitors and product replacement threat, we can say that many industry competition has entered a white-hot stage, this makes more and more enterprises are increasingly aware of the competition between the enterprise is the enterprise sustainable development, supply chain management is the fundamental of business winning.Through the supply chain system modeling simulation analysis, can make enterprise management personnel deeply and intuitive analysis the various decision-making influence from the consumer market to suppliers of raw materials but also in the model to different logistics management strategy and program evaluation, optimization, through the entire supply chain resources to optimize the configuration to achieve the lowest total cost. The research of the supply chain is only stay in the basic business process simple combination level, previous simulation are restricted to single enterprise, even a single enterprise single business one-sidedness. There are very few specialized in complex supply chain research. In the research methods, using the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, is difficult to realize the visual expression of complex business processes, this article adopts the method of computer simulation can make the complex supply chain business processes clear, is a novel method for the research of supply chain, which has strong theoretical significance. In scheme optimization, this paper adopted the management provides constraints, computer automatic searching way, shortening the optimization step, ensure that the results of optimization efficiency.Arena simulation software is one of modeling tools which driven by the entity, mainly involving Entity、Attribute、Variables、Resource、Queues、Statistical Accumulators. Events、Simulation clock, capable of performing hierarchical modeling analysis, flexible, simple operation, with the input data to the model results all the output function, can be said to be a good selection of logistics simulation system. So this thesis chooses Arena to manufacturing enterprises as the core of the supply chain simulation modeling, and comprises a multilevel distributors, multi-stage supply chain as the prototype of the general simulation model, and select the representative business process is analyzed. The existence of the enterprise not only for profit, but based on the profit, the supply system and each member company cost as main evaluation index under the premise, through simulation optimization and result contrast analysis, proved that the model in supply chain resource allocation efficiency. In inventory strategy contrast negation in the height that supplies chain EOQ applicability, verify (s, S) inventory in the supply chain management efficiency.
