Presently, we are occupying the time which the economical globalization and thetechnical revolution tide rapidly surges, factors which today affects development ofthe enterprise such not to be much, environment uncertainty today has been bigger asit was. Opportunity also has so much. However, the current study of the opportunityfor enterprise s sustainable innovation was limited to the analysis of the concept andcharacteristics, lack of the opportunity management theory which has a greatsignificance for the success or failure of enterprise s sustainable innovation. So someenterprises had no theory as a reference and guidance, and its opportunitymanagement capacity was also weak. All of these, resulting that the enterprise did notseize the opportunities in the process of sustainable innovation, thus affecting thesustainable innovation. While opportunity recognition as the initial link of theopportunity management process, the level and the quality largely affect other aspects,and also determine the goal of enterprise s sustainable innovation, and even determinethe survival of enterprises. The study of recognition mechanism of enterprise ssustainable innovation opportunity can help enterprises to develop effective strategies,and enhance the core competitiveness, and also enhance their competitive strength.Theoretical circles at home and abroad have a broad and in-depth research to theinfluence factors of opportunity recognition, and have a lot of valuable researchresults, but there is a blank that in the aspect of opportunity recognition mechanism.Therefore, the purpose of this study is through evidence analysis for theinfluence factors of enterprise s sustainable innovation opportunity recognition, andthen come to the main elements, and then design recognition mechanism targeted themain elements.In view of this, the article first search to domestic and foreign literature aboutenterprise s sustainable innovation opportunity and opportunity management,analysisthe current situation and application areas, research the problems and inadequacies, sum up the influence factors of enterprise s sustainable innovation opportunityrecognition on the basis of the results of previous theory and practice; then analysisthe influence factors systematically through social surveys, experience judgmentmethod,.experts predict and other qualitative methods, then build a influence factorssystem.Second, we distributed200questionnaires to managers of various enterprises,and148valid questionnaires were finished. Then we sorted out the validquestionnaires, made an empirical analysis on the collected data using principalcomponents-factor analysis. Then we obtained five elements that affect enterprise ssustainable innovation opportunity recognition. They are: external environmentelement, information element, personal characteristics element, social networkelement and cognitive characteristics element.Third, designed the recognition mechanism of enterprise s sustainableinnovation opportunity. We build a recognition mechanism of enterprise s sustainableinnovation opportunity, through the analysis of the above empirical results, andcombined with the situation of sustainable innovation and development, including theestablishment of recognition mechanism departments, the design of the externalenvironment risk warning mechanism, the design of information managementmechanism, the design of incentive mechanism and the social network mechanism.All of these are in order to provide powerful guarantee for enterprise identifyopportunities, and provide dynamic support for the enterprise s sustainable innovationopportunity recognition, thus to provide a realistic path to improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.
