Throughout the world，Entrepreneurship is the most dynamic part in a country’seconomy development，and it is an important source of modern economic growth.With the phenomenon of entrepreneurial teams become more and more common, it isthe important direction in the entrepreneurial research world to choose entrepreneurialteam as a research. That is because the development of entrepreneurial activity whatis pushed by entrepreneurial teams instead of individual entrepreneurs, and thesuccess rate of entrepreneurial teams is taller than individual entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurial teams can bring together disparate diathesis, Across the professionalskills, knowledge of complementary and ability to create better enterpriseperformance. But, through comprehensive collation of existing relevant literature, thispaper find that the research on the entrepreneurial team although much, but veryfragmented, it has not establish a comprehensive theoretical framework to explainnew venture performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial team. So it still cannot provide effective guidance for the team entrepreneurship practice.The research of this paper focuses on the relationship between the compositioncharacteristics of the entrepreneurial team and the performance of new venture.Research perspective is WSR systems methodology. On the basis of the reviews ofthe literature, build three-dimensional model that the characteristics of entrepreneurialteam impact on the performance of new venture. The significance of each dimensionis: the quality of W level refers to the size of the entrepreneurial team, the teammembers’ professional knowledge, skills, and their differences; the quality of S levels,including the allocation of resources capacity, market potential analysis capabilities,business planning capacity quality and management capacity; The quality of the Rlevel, including the ability of interpersonal and communication, the ability of shapingthe cohesion, and the ability of conflict analysis and resolution. The dissertation basedcases in research. In the study, compared the New Oriental Education&TechnologyGroup with LYCE school characteristics in the composition of the entrepreneurialteam. The findings show: if entrepreneurial team is success, its physical, affair andpeople management level of quality requirements should be standard. Otherwise itwill affect the company’s innovation performance indicators, business performanceindicators of growth or entrepreneurial satisfaction performance indicators. This is the first to study the relationship between the entrepreneurial team and new ventureperformance using the perspective of system methodology, research findings not onlyprovide a reference to the venture capitalists or investment institutions to identify thesuccess of the entrepreneurial team can guide the practice of team entrepreneurship toachieve the conclusion of this study value in practice.Finally, this dissertation points out the deficiencies and issues to be addressed inthis study.
