The Relationship Between Venture Team Learning And Entrepreneurial Performance Based On The Mediate Of The Entrepreneurial Team Competency

Venture team learning helps to enhance the entrepreneurial team competence and furthermore improve the entrepreneurial performance. So it becomes a hot research area in the field of entrepreneurship.In order to have a better entrepreneurial company,entrepreneurial team can improve their own knowledge and skills by learning.The purposes of this dissertation were to investigate the contents of venture team learning.For these purposes, some standard research methods, such as literature review, interview and survey were used in the research. In addition, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis were also applied for data analysis.The research has mainly contained three parts:first:the research about the content of Venturing team learning.second:the mechanim research between Venture team learning and entrepreneurial performance.third:confirm the validity of the Venture team learning by case study.?More than 505 entrepreneurs,125 Venture team members which were from 9 cities and the MBA of He Nan university in China were surveyed. The main conclusions are as the following:First,? the content of Venture team learning consisted of four factors for chinese venture team, which included innovation thinking, information sharing, resource searching and experience reflecting. The reliability and validity of venture team learning content questionnaire were highly enough.Second, Entrepreneurial team competence was the partially mediate variable in the relationship between venture team learning and entrepreneurial performance. Opportunity ability,relation coordination ability,learning ability,knowledge sharing ability, organizing ability and commitment ability were completely mediated the relationship between resource searching and grow performance. Opportunity ability, relation coordination ability,learning ability,knowledge sharing ability,innovation ability,organizing ability and commitment ability were completed mediated the relationship between innovation thinking and existence performance.Third,Case study has furthermore comfiirmed the validity of the Venture team learning.
