Research On The Relations Of Social Network Of Entrepreneurial Team To Venture Performance

The flexible dynamic change characteristics of environment economysociety endowment, the venture was seen as fast response of elastic complex marketdemand, constructing sustainable competitive potential incubation source. However,most of the traditional rigid hierarchical organizations rely solely on entrepreneurshipindividual social network as the relationship of capital for the path, unable to avoidnew into the defects brought to new ventures, market risk, reduce the success rate ofentrepreneurship. Therefore, new enterprises need the help of entrepreneurial teamsocial network as the central carrier and transmission channel access to economiccapital size, islanding effect weaken the individual social cyber source access(Islanding effect), enhancing their performance level of new ventures.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign research results about socialnetwork, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation, combined with the regionalsituation characteristics of domestic new ventures, the social network ofentrepreneurial team, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation theoryconstructs, and on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system and measureof variables. Then, from the perspective of social network theory through the entry,effect relationships between team social networks and entrepreneurial performance,and select the entrepreneurial orientation as a moderator, construct the theoryhypothesis model. After that, effect based on theoretical models, construct, and putforward the corresponding relationships among variables.Through the sample data analysis, the main conclusions of this paper mainlyincludes three parts: the first, structural dimension and relational dimension ofentrepreneurial team external social network and entrepreneurial performance, thecorrelation between, and shows a positive correlation. Second, through hierarchicalregression analysis, verified the relationship quality and relationship strengthrelationship dimension has significant positive predictive power on entrepreneurialperformance; and the network size and network density structure dimension, withpositive predictive power on entrepreneurial performance, eliminate networkheterogeneity predict entrepreneurial performance hypothesis.
