Study On The Evaluation Of Land Intensified Utilization Of Ganzhou Export Processing Zone

With the rapid development of economic construction and the accelerated pace of modernization, the conflicts of people and land, pressure of resources and environmental is increasingly prominent. With the industrial land focused and the rapid economic development, the contradiction of development zone is becoming important. But in the course of land-use, the development zones have some problems, for instances, the land total is out of control, the land use strueture is irrational and so on. Thus, the contradiction between land supply and demand has become increasing prominent, and the use of land resourees are under increasing pressure. Therefore, the research of land intensive use and the potential estimate of development zone is not only benefit for the development of land utilization theory, but also provides helpful reference for the praetice of making use of land rationally to stick to sustainable development road in our country.In this paper, based on the home and abroad relevant theories, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, centered on empirical research and theory to study discusses the key issues. Take Ganzhou Export Processing Zone for example, constructed the evaluation system of land use in export processing zone, and evaluated the level of Ganzhou Export Processing Zone of land use, on this basis, finding the way to promote the intensive land use. This can provide government the decision of rectification and expanding area of development zone.There are five chapters in the article. The first chapter is introduction, research background and meaning are narrated in this chapter, and summed up the domestic and international research in related fields, then the research way and structure of paper are introduced. The basic theories and concepts related with land intensified utilization of development zone in the second chaptler. The third part of this paper discussed the basic information and the status of land use of Ganzhou Export Processing Zone, the basic information contains the overview、the location and the goals of Ganzhou Export Processing Zone, the status of land use contains the investigation result of completed urban construction land, completed rural construction land and uncompleted land. The forth chapter is the process of the evaluation of land intensified utilization, by assessed the evaluation system of land use, the weights and the ideal values for indexes of evaluation indicator system, then get the evaluation results of land intensified utilization of Ganzhou Export Processing Zone. The last chapter proposed some suggestions for Ganzhou Export Processing Zone and gived the conclusions of the article, pointed out the inadequacies of the study and further expansion of the studies.
