Study On The Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Of Supply Chain In Pharmaceutical Industry

After entering WTO, Chinese pharmaceutical industry was dramatically influenced by global economy. Under condition of continuing demand for innovation in the21st century, market competition has gradually become supply chains’ competition rather than enterprises’ competition. With the influence of knowledge economy, supply chain is not only about pitch-concrete supply chain, but the knowledge supply chain, and sharing knowledge has already become one of enterprise’s essential choices. Therefore, there are some theoretical and practical meanings in study about how to achieve sharing knowledge among pharmacy enterprises and strengthen their ability in creation and competition.This5chaptered paper combines theoretical and empirical research methods and uses case study as the research object. The paper studies knowledge sharing mechanism of pharmaceutical supply chain. Firstly, the author puts forward ideas and research framework for this study by using standard methods to summarize the latest researches at home and abroad. Secondly, by using game theory and method, the author expounds the incentive mechanism construction of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of pharmaceutical industry. Thirdly, a construction for the knowledge sharing organization is expounded from four aspects, which are R&D team, cooperation institutional communication, suppliers training plan and fostering learning culture. In addition, the essay studies the mechanism operation of knowledge sharing organizations through the organizational management function, the organizational system and organization operation mode. Fourthly, the author expounds the influence of knowledge sharing starting from two aspects as the trust of the ability and reputation, and then studies trust mechanism construction of knowledge sharing in pharmaceutical supply chain from structural embedding dimension and relationship embedding dimension. Fifthly, taking the example of Topsun Science and Technology Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as the researching object, the author empirically analyzes the construction and operation of knowledge sharing mechanism in supply chain of pharmaceutical industry. In this paper, development and present situation of knowledge sharing in Topsun have been analyzed deeply and demonstrated knowledge sharing demand of case analysis object by using the model in former chapters. The study on the knowledge sharing mechanism of supply chain in pharmaceutical industry has not been deeply studied in China. This paper makes some preliminary exploration and analysis based on the current situation in this industry. According to the latest literature at home and abroad, using physical disciplines in research is becoming very a popular prospect in the future.
