With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization process speeding up, as a new business model, service outsourcing is accepted by more and more enterprises and become their strategic choice to improve the core competitiveness. Service outsourcing vigorous development at the same time, many issues are becoming increasingly revealed. Service outsourcing market imperfect system, cooperation between both sides with obligations and responsibilities unclear, in the transaction process service providers with private information which led to the market such as adverse selection and moral hazard problems are all led to the failure of outsourcing. As service outsourcing features, Information asymmetry in both trade causes many risk factors, the design of rigorous selection mechanism of cooperation partners can reduce the negative influence caused by information asymmetry to a certain extent, and facilitate long-term cooperation of both sides.According to the service outsourcing information asymmetry characteristics, this paper analyzed the reasons and consequences triggered, constructed Screening model and Signaling model to avoid and mitigate various risks arising from asymmetric information. This paper set the real intention to cooperate as the study object, and laid a solid foundation for both supplier and demander of the long-term outsourcing partnership.It took the installment payment for the service outsourcing, constructed the screening model for the real wills to cooperate in the asymmetric information, and designed the effective payment mechanisms for the separation of different types of service providers, greatly enhanced the transparency of the event specific operation of service provider and improved the supervision of service provider, which setted a guide for the service demanders to choose the proper providers; furthermore, it took the investment level of service providers on specific human capital as the valid signal, constructed a signalling model, and provided the level separate equilibrium solution on service providers with different cooperative wills, which gave the scientific method for the long-term cooperation between the providers and demanders. Combining outsourcing’s characteristics, through the research on two models, this paper built a scientific selection mechanism for both providers and demanders, and provided a scientific basis for the transaction management of service outsourcing.
