As high organizational commitment can improve job performance while reducing employees’turnover intention and employees’turnover rate, it is important for human resource to increase employees’organizational commitment. A lot of studies about the antecedent of organizational commitment have been given by the experts because of the importance of organizational commitment in human resource management. The discovery is significant to improve employees’organizational commitment and job performance, and decrease the turnover rate. We build a model of the relationship about SI, POS and OC.The paper brings in spiritual intelligence to enrich the antecedent of organizational commitment. This present paper investigates the effects of employees’ spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment. Based on the data o f316survey samples, we use SPSS and AMOS to analysis the data with the method of empirical study. The result reveals that the five dimensions of SI has a positive influence on OC, and the relationship between OC and meaning and truth is more significant than the others. When we introduce POS as a mediator into the model, the effect of the five dimensions of SI on OC becomes weak or not significant any more. This indicates that the POS mediate the relationship between the five dimensions of SI and OC. Employees’education background and the length of service has a significant effect on SI, POS and OC. The effect of employees’ gender on SI, POS and OC is not significant. Besides the employees’ personality characteristics (such as gender, education background and the length of service) don’t have a significant difference on the relationship between SI and OC. Finally we give some management advices based on our findings.
