The Tourism Resources Integration Of The Red River Basin

At present, the positive role of tourism on local economic and social development is becoming more prominent. Local governments have gradually begun to pay attention to tourism resources mining and exploiting work. However, There have been a series problem of resource allocation because of the continuity and similarity of regional tourism resources. Such as repetitive construction and vicious competition of tourism projects in administrative regions, improper level and size of projects which can not be consistent with demand. The issue of resource allocation is one of the keys to sustainable tourism development. Rational and efficient use of resources is conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy. In the long run, no matter what constitutes the area, regardless of the size of the region, it is necessary to consider integration of tourism resources in the region after a certain stage of self-development.Based on existing theories and analyzing the classic case of the integration of tourism resources in Guilin and the west of Guangxi, The paper discussed the content of the regional integration of tourism resources. The most important conclusions are the ways of integration. And they are administrative adjustment integration, policy planning integration and market cooperative integration. In fact, governments of region have coordinated interests after choosing the way of integration. And choosing the right way needs under the guidance of the objectives of regional tourism resources integration, the analysis and evaluation of regional tourism resources, development status and existing problems. By and large, it should be thought about all aspects of regional conditions.Based on theoretical analysis and discussion, the paper analyses and evaluates the value of the tourism resources, development status and existing problems of the Red River basin (Hechi section), and suggests that this region should establish protection strategy, the government support strategy, and advance development strategy. At the same time, this region should choose policy planning integration. In addition, the development of association of tourism enterprises and organizations should be improved. Based on this positioning, this paper gives a series of implementary strategies, such as organization building, brand management, spatial planning, product mix optimization, marketing, service and management, the configuration of the industrial elements and the application of tourist information technology. At last, there are some supporting measures which contain government policies, the legal system, investment and financing, human resources management and crisis management.
