Over the past decade,the liquor industry is a decade of gold.With the impact of national industrial policies and the slowdown in fixed asset investment,starting from 2012,with the national industrial policy adjustment and the macroeconomic downturn,limiting the "three public consumption" policy and many other negative factors,the liquor industry has The emergence of industrial inflection point,high growth is difficult to continue.QKJ company after the rapid development after the reform,has now grown into a strong regional enterprises.However,for QKJ company,how to assess the situation,to cope with strategic opportunities,to adapt to and grasp the domestic and international economic development environment of the new changes,new trends,planning good development direction,good talent selection,use,education,stay,to establish an effective,clear,and improve the performance indicators system,processes,institutions and related systems to ensure the effective introduction of performance management and implementation of the company to become a problem to be solved.In this paper,the theory of combining with practice,comprehensive use of organizational management,human resources management,performance management and other theories,also with literature research,field interviews,questionnaires,job analysis,statistical analysis and other scientific research methods,first of all performance management of the Key Performance Indicators(KPI)system based on Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is proposed based on the existing problems and analysis of QKJ's full performance management system.Based on the existing problems and analysis of existing performance appraisal,this paper puts forward the key performance indicators(KPI)The establishment of the QKJ full performance management system of the overall framework.In order to ensure the implementation of the QKJ full performance management program,the implementation process of the performance appraisal index system and the implementation process of the monthly,quarterly and annual performance appraisal are meticulously provided,and the calculation and application of the performance appraisal results are clear.The examination results of the complaint mechanism,performance management documents management,performance appraisal document access and performance management system on the revision of the clear provisions.The results of this paper play a key role in QKJ's problems in performance management,and also hope that this study will provide a strong empirical basis for the development of performance management theory and to have a similar problem with QKJ in performance management Enterprises to provide some reference and reference value.
