Core staff is a significant impact on business management, control of core technology, knowledge and management experience, with the scarcity and irreplaceable staff. Core staff’s knowledge reserve, skills, management ability and innovation consciousness are the key elements of enterprise’s sustainable development. Core staff loss will bring greater losses to the enterprise, affecting the normal operation of the enterprise, increase the cost of business, and even take away business secrets, technical results, etc. Along with the rapid development of landscape industry, the formation of fierce competition between enterprises in Yunnan garden. Landscape enterprises is a knowledge intensive enterprise which is dominated by the landscape design project. It is the core staff team project team which is composed of professional knowledge, design concept and practical experience. Because of this, the landscape enterprises between the battle of core employees increasingly upgrading, key employees always become competitors coveted objects, loss continue to increase. How to effectively manage the core staff of garden landscape enterprises, to find the cause of the loss and to propose countermeasures and specific measures, become an important problem to be solved. YD garden landscape company is a famous landscape enterprise in Yunnan Province, but the loss of the core staff in recent years, and even the core staff team to leave the phenomenon, to some extent hindered the development and expansion of the company. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign employee turnover theories, this paper analyzes the problems of the enterprise and human resource management from the perspective of enterprise and human resource management, using the method of theoretical research and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the problem of solving the problem, the problem of solving the problem, the research on the causes and Countermeasures of the loss of the core staff of YD company. After analyzing the industry development environment, human resource management status and core employee population loss situation in YD company, the author chooses in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to extract the information about the causes of core staff turnover, and compares with the general staff turnover, from the social level, the enterprise level, the core staff of the three dimensions of the YD company’s core staff turnover. After the analysis of the causes, the paper puts forward the enterprise management improvement and human resource management improvement in two aspects: the enterprise management and human resource management, and puts forward the reform strategy of enterprise management, and the core staff of the enterprise management mode, and puts forward the strategy of enterprise management, and the core staff of the enterprise management. This paper tries to provide support for the enterprise management and human resource management of YD landscape company. At the same time, the loss of core staff of YD company has some typical representative in the industry.
