Study On Land Use Structure Optimization In Zhaoyuan County

Land is an important natural resources and means of production in human social production. Land-use structure refers to the total of proportion of the various sectors of the national area and mutual relations, and it is a collection of various types of land according to constituting manner, so the adjustment of land-use structure has a direct impact on the economy.This paper reviewed scholars’ researchs in the field of land-use structural optimization at the same time the lack of research results and achieves were also summarized. Selected Zhaoyuan County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province as the study area, and used the2010datas of land-use status as the data base. Multi-objective dynamic programming method was used and established three objective functions of economic, ecological and social benefits, then preferred the best solution of2020land-use structure optimization of Zhaoyuan County from the three optimization results and made a number of safeguards to optimize programs.The main contents were as follows:(1) The analysis of status and dynamic chages of land-use of Zhaoyuan County, higher Zhaoyuan County from2001to2010the overall level of land utilization, significant changes in land use, land-use is still in the development stage. From the point of view of land use change in the number of large increase is mainly farmland, woodland, grassland, water drastically reduced and unused land, the rapid increase in construction sites.(2) Optimization of land use structure in Zhaoyuan County. Zhaoyuan County in accordance with the socio-economic situation over the years, forecasting economic and social trends Zhaoyuan County, structure based on linear programming, land use structure optimization model for multi-objective planning, operations research software by using the Goal Programming WINQSB repeated calculation module debugging and gray correlation analysis of the results of the evaluation and optimization of merit, and ultimately come to fit Zhaoyuan County land Use Structure optimization optimal solution, finalize the optimization program are as follows:284,887.34hectares of agricultural land, construction land28919.26hectares, other land98,138.8hectares.Compared with2010, the optimization program is to reduce the maximum area of unused land, reducing the area accounted for3.62%of the total land area; area increased the most is the grassland, an increase of1.83%; followed by woodland and farmland, increased by of1.26%and0.96%.(3) Within the next10years, the land use structure of Zhaoyuan County should still give priority to with agriculture, pay attention to the protection of the ecological system, and vigorously develop animal husbandry. In the process of land use structure optimization, should pay attention to economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, continuously improve the land utilization benefit of garden land, forest land, grass land is the fundamental way to realize the optimization of land use structure.
