This paper is based on the research for marketing situation of TZ Company bridge-member products, using the STP theory for targeting market segments, selecting target markets and market positioning, in order to make suitable marketing strategy for the development of the TZ Company.This paper is divided into five sections:First, the research contents, the purpose and significance of research method and writing thoughts; and then the second part describes the current research status of domestic and foreign marketing strategies, which provide theory basis for the research. And then the paper goes into the topic. According to the strategic management theory and the marketing theory, through analysis of the TZ Company enterprise condition and marketing situation, this paper further studies the macro and micro marketing environment of the TZ Company, giving an comprehensive analysis of opportunities and threats facing the enterprise, and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company, and then put forward general management goals of the enterprise, and work out a feasible medium and long-term market strategy plan.This paper thoroughly studies the ability of the TZ Company, figured out the position of the enterprise in the whole industry. Starting from the point of the enterprise and based on the analysis of the industry and market, this paper puts forward the big-customer orientated and superiority product differentiation combined strategy. In addition, through research of the national policy and the industrial current situation, the paper predicted the internationalized marketing strategy. As to hold the market of the future, the marketing internationalization of bridge-component is an inevitable big trend, and the enterprise must plan earlier, and fully preserves strategies.
