This paper is based on research of the TZ company which main business is toproduce bridge-member products. Some Strategic Analysis Tools such as PESTanalysis,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis and others will be used.Factors such as policies and regulations, economic environment, socio-cultural andtechnological developments and others that maximize impact on business will beanalyzed, factors such as industry characteristics, market competition and othercompetitive environment will be analyzed, and factors such as internal strengths andweaknesses, opportunities and threats will be analyzed. Then products differentiationstrategy which core is technology innovation will be worked out and it will be bestsuited TZ company. This strategy will enable enterprises to obtain sustainablecompetitive advantages, to expand market share of bridge-member, to improveeconomic efficiency, and to achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.The paper has considerable practical value.Meanwhile, the research about bridge component products for TZ competitivestrategy analysis will be expected to contribute domestic counterparts to survive anddevelop during economic downturn.
