With the deepening of intellectual economy,business environment of enterprise are changing constantly.As an important part of management,human resource management(HRM)is attracting more and more attention from different industries.Recruitment is an indivisible component during HRM process and always being carried out to meet the need of all kinds of person in enterprise.The recruitment of key persons is particularly important,because lacking key persons will not only affect the normal operation of enterprise,but also cause the failure of the whole.In this article,a recruitment system will be established for YS Soft Company in order to provide solutions for problems in recruitment management.A scientific and suitable recruiting system is necessary because it could be used to resolve the problems at the beginning.In this paper,literature review method,case analysis method,statistical analysis method etc.were used to construct the theoretical frame.Firstly,from the review of literature published before,it defined the recruiting related theory and ways of practice,this segment composed the basement of recruiting system.Secondly,through a deep investigation into recruiting situation of YS Company,this article summarized the basic files of all employees.It shows that there are several problems in recruiting process: lack of scientific HRM plan,absent of basic job analysis,less channels,lack of recruiting standards,single way to distinguish professional ability.Interviews always carried out without a suitable arrangement,subjective consciousness dominated,subordinates obeyed.Writer summarized that the lack recognition of modern HRM,scientific managerial skills and low priority of HRM strategy in the management were the fundamental reasons which cause the chaos in recruiting process.This article placed much emphasis on the establishment of recruiting system for YS Soft Company.Recruiting system was composed of pre-preparations includes plans,channel pools organization,propaganda,resume screening,testing,interviews and hiring etc.Criteria was made first for the establishment of recruiting system in YS Company.And then the system was built into 3 periods,which is preparation period,implementation period and evaluation period.During preparation period,human resources planning,job analysis,recruiting plans were completed;Resume screening,testing,interviews and hiring were finished in the implementation period;Recruiting evaluation and summaries were done in the last period.The article also issued implementation practice for the new system with the help of PDCA method.In addition,organizational measures,technical measures,management measures were also designed to ensure the practice of system.Recruitment is a key segment of HRM which is an important channel for enterprise to obtain necessary human resource.In other words,recruitment has a close relation with the development of enterprise.A suitable recruiting system could guarantee the quality and efficient of recruitment so as to boost the prosperity of YS Company.The recruiting system established in article merely a system created without any reference,but not a innovated one.Due to the limitation of article writer,the system was fundamental,there is still much work left to be done for future.
