The financial analysis is an old and new theory.From the view in origin ofthought, it is ancient. The Chinese nation is good at business and finance in ancienttimes;From the point of content, it is a new view. Theory of financial analysis has theadvantages of practicality.Content of financial analysis is closely related witheconomic environment,The theory of human capital has a history of more than50years, the theoreticalsystem improves much gradually.Into the21st century, the human capital play a moreand more important role in the business.Traditional theory of financial analysisbases on the physical capital,containing capital structure analysis, profitabilityanalysis, operation ability analysis and so on, that reflects material capital contententirely.It is uncoordinated with the economic environment, Business operators wantto understand where the real source of value created for the enterprise.In order tocomply with the development of the times, Some operators begin to invest in humancapital of the enterprise. However, according to the direction of traditional financialtheory, operators can not make the right decisions.In the requirements of economic environment,it is very urgent to build financialanalysis system based on human capital.In this economic environment,with themethod of standard research, author takes enterprises as the mainstay, and establishesfinancial analysis system in human capital investment.then that provides the powerfultheoretical supportment and correct guidance to enterprise ’s human capitalinvestment.The text is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction,consisting of the background of the financial, research methods, the framework of themain content and significance;The second part is related to the theoretical basis andliterature review, contains review of the development of human capital theory,financial theory of human capital investment. In the requirements of the article, theauthor also reviews the classification of human capital and human capital value chain.The theory of the article is based on the human capital theory, the traditionalfinancial analysis system and Porter’s competitive theory;The third part is the basictheory of the financial analysis of investment in human capital, making a redefinitionof the relevant concept, discussing financial analysis environment, assumptions andobjectives of the enterprise investment in human capital;The fourth part is the contentof the financial analysis of investment in human capital,that contains three parts:thehuman capital operation capacity, the value analysis of investment in humancapital,the earning capacity analysis of human capital investment, In additionestablished analytical model and determine the relevant evaluation. The fifth part isthe outlook of the financial analysis of investment in human capital.The study results as follows:(1) In order to improve the traditional corporate financial analysis,construction financial analysis of investment in human capital theory is needs of thetheory.Theoretical system is divided into two parts: the basic theory and appliedtheory.The basic theory includes financial analysis environment, assumptions andobjectives;Applied theory refers to the main content of the financial analysis.,including the three parts:operating capacity of human capital, human capitalinvestment capability analysis and value of human capital analysis.(2)The article takes the investment in human capital as the main object of study,and builds the chain-type transfering model about the human capital level, investmentstructural optimization model in human capital and value chain analysis model inhuman capital investment strategy.The chain-type transfering model is based on thelevel of human capital, studying the mechanism of enterprises at different levels ofhuman capital that creates the value of the business;Investment structural optimizationmodel in human capital is based on the form of diversity in human capital investment,intending to guide operators in rational investment.Value chain analysis model inhuman capital investment strategy is based on the human capital value createdprocess,designing to provide the support of the investment strategy for the business.(3) With the principle of systematic and comprehensive, and workable, theauthor designes a series of financial evaluation about investment in human capital. Leading us to a more comprehensive analysis and evaluation of human capital,operating performance, guiding the enterprises to carry out appropriate investment inhuman capital, and long-term development reserve for core competitiveness ofenterprise.Investment in human capital financial analysis still belongs to a new area ofresearch, This article only constructs a human capital investment finance analysisframework, Enriching in the specific content aspects and analysising in quantitation,there is still lacking.
