A Study On The Effect Of Part Time Farming Of Farm Households To Peasants’ Income In Shandong Province

The farmers’ problem is the core issue of the "Three Rural Issues". The specificperformance includes the low income level of farmers, increasing difficultly. Without theimprovement of farmers’ income, there would be no practical improvement of farmers’living standards and there will be also no comprehensive well-off society andmodernization objectives. There is a lot of surplus labor in rural society in ShandongProvince, which limits the ability of the agricultural sector to absorb labor force. In recentyears, Shandong province vigorously implement the support and benefit agriculturepolicy, farmers’ employment, transfer through multiple channels to improve the overallincome level of farmers from the increase of farmers’ agricultural income point. In viewof the push within the background pulling the paper attempts to study on the farmers’ part,on farmers’ income and its correlation with a view to exploring the key factors ofinfluence on farmers’ industry and its underlying mechanisms of farmers’ income, andthen can put forward suggestions for the promotion of farmers’ income on target.Research ideas of this paper are as follows: The first is based in Shandong Province,farmers’ diversified development as well as the embodiment of chief industrycharacteristics, farmers’ income and sources of analysis. Then make an assumption for thepart time being, farmers’ diversified farmers’ income in a certain sense between the twoqualitative analysis of the interaction mechanism. Then, use the method of quantitativeanalysis and model analysis, logistic regression analysis the research sample as JiaozhouCity of Shandong Province. In the main part of the article, at first a holistic perspective toexplore the relationship between different part of the degree of farmers’ income; relevantfactors affecting the decision-making of farmers part and then from some point of mining;Finally, we discuss the main cause of the farmers family-run decision-making elements offarmers’ net income and revenue structure (family business income, wage income,property and transfer income). So the model simulation results and the assumptions madeby the front control verification, and finally influencing factors and the problems of the behavior of the farmers part suggestions for the promotion of farmers’ income.The analysis shows the correlation:(1) Farmers’ Families and income of the farmersrelate, part time farming help to improve farmers’ income, with the deepening of thefarmers’ diversified farmers’ net income showing a gradual upward trend;(2)The numberof male family labor is more, the greater the likelihood of farmers part, the greater thelikelihood of farmers’ income;(3) The possibility of the head of household with highereducation, farmers part may be greater, the greater the likelihood of farmers’ income;(4)The greater the land area of family-run, the less likely farmers part, farmers’ incomegreater. Overall, farmers select a chief operator more advantages than disadvantages,Farmers’ Families play a primary role in promoting farmers’ income. In general, thenumber of male labor force in rural households is basically not easy to change, so topromote the farmers part, to increase farmers’ income should improve the head of thehousehold level of education and reduce the cultivation of arable land of rural householdsthe average area of two aspects. To improve the rural compulsory education, in order toimprove the farmers’ level of vocational education and skills education and training fortwo basic points; to accelerate the effective circulation of land, improve the utilization ofarable land; speed up the township and village enterprises and the pace of urbanization,and vigorously the development of rural secondary and tertiary industries; furtherimprove the industrial management of agriculture system, and increase farmers’ income.Improve farmers’ scientific and cultural quality to optimize the farmers to significantlyincrease the role of farmers’ income, optimizing industrial structure of agriculture is toincrease farmers’ income, radically speeding up the township and village enterprises andthe pace of urbanization is to optimize the key to the structure of farmers’ income, tospeed up the effective circulation of the land to raise cropland utilization supplementaryrevenue structure, the reform of the relevant system is the guarantee of the balance offarmers’ income gap.
