The development of high-efficiency agriculture is an important sign of agriculturalmodernization, a key step in the construction of the new socialist countryside and also theonly way leading to the success of the transition from traditional agriculture to modernagriculture. Ever since the Party Central Committee and the State Council made thedecision to develop high-efficiency agriculture according to the current situation, ouragriculture has achieved continuous progress. Accompanied with the development ofhigh-efficiency agriculture, the proportion of part-time farming of peasant household hasalso risen. The part-time farming can not only give rise to the income of peasants, butalso play a significant part in the optimization of rural economy. At present time, however,part-time farming of peasant household still remains at a tentative level, which bringsabout some difficulties to various areas such as land transfer, scale management and lowqualified rural labor. Therefore, the research on the problems and solutions in theconstruction of high-efficiency agriculture from the perspective of part-time farming is ofgreat significance in both theory and practice.Applying literature analysis and systematical analysis method, combining qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis method, this thesis conducts its research from thefollowing seven parts.Chapter one is the introduction to the research background, aim, significance,research methods, innovation points and shortcomings.Chapter two elaborates the basic definitions and related theories of this thesis. Therelated theories include Chayanov theory, rational farmer theory, traditional agriculture transformation theory, resource complementation theory and inductive technologyinnovation theory.Chapter three is the current state analysis on the part-time farming andhigh-efficiency agriculture. The analysis on part-time farming incorporates its causes,characteristics and developing ways. The analysis on high-efficiency agriculture ischiefly about its development history, characteristics, contents and development patterns.Chapter four is concerning the problems existing in the high-efficiency agriculturewith part-time farming.Chapter five is the condition analysis of constructing high-efficiency agriculturewith part-time farming. This chapter first elaborates the relation between high-efficiencyagriculture and part-time farming, puts forwards the idea that the part-time farmingshould follow the way to appropriately gather resources based on our national conditionsand then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in constructing the high-efficiencyagriculture.Chapter six mainly describes the successful experience and features in developinghigh-efficiency agriculture at home and abroad.Chapter seven illustrates the aim and policies in constructing high-efficiencyagriculture. This chapter firstly explores the aim and evaluation standards ofhigh-efficiency agriculture construction, and then proposes policies for the developmentof high-efficiency agriculture with part-time farming.
