City And Industry Complex Research And Development

The thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. It has a brief elaboration on the background, significance, thinking mode, framework, purpose and methods of the research. The second chapter is analysis of the theoretical principle. The third chapter is composed of model evolvement and problem analysis of the city-industry integration. The thesis puts the evolvement, development and innovation of commercial real restate as the master line. By model evolvement analysis, it states that " It takes specialized market, commercial real restate and composite real estate as examples and indicates that the traditional real estate mode has come into the composite evolution mode. This evolved commercial real estate mode is progressing into integration mode. The newer real estate mode is marching forward in an integrated overall mode. The problem would be identified through the analysis of evolvement of the great model of commercial real estate. In chapter four, the function of a city-industry integration would be confirmed and its value creation would be analyzed. Chapter five takes Chengdu International IOT City as individual case study and suggests that Chengdu International IOT City be the model of integrated city-industry. It also indicates that under the new relation pattern between government and enterprises, this IOT project will inject vitality into the future urban development. The chapter six includes conclusion and further research.In this thesis, the author uses forward sight to think about future sustainable development of city-industry integration and figures out the foreseeable viewpoint and creative concept of "city-industry integration in Pan-Industrial Real Estate Epoch". This viewpoint serves as a modest spur to induce others to come forward with their valuable contributions for future development of real estate. The author also expects to make due contributions to future development of cities in our country through nation wide layout and copy of Chengdu IOT City Mode.
