Research On Integration Of Industry And City In Anqing Daguan District

In the macroscopic background of domestic industrialization and urbanization, the continuous expansion of the city and industry brings new tasks to the development of city construction and management. Most cities are facing the two different development path:integration of industry and city and separation of industry and city. Neither the city has formed pattern of integration of industry and city, nor the new industrial zone, the new city residential areas, need to find a balance between the industrial development and city construction, as far as possible to achieve the mutual promotion and mutual benefit between the handle of the two.This paper briefly summarizes the basic theory, development process and characteristics of integration of industry and city at home and abroad. On this basis, from the angle of public administration, through the way of document analysis, this paper introduces the basic situation of the case city, then the paper introduces the preliminary results and the main approach to solve these contradictions have problem, and then summarize the basic experience in promoting the accumulation of years of local exploration and practice to produce the city integration development.--that is, whether to promote the production of integration of industry and city, or to solve the city integration of contradictions, we must adhere to the strategic management, target management, benchmarking management and total quality management concept.From the angle of respecting history, focusing on the development of economy and society, this paper proceed to summarizing the ideas which city encountered in the process of integration of industry and city, and analyzing problems objectively and comprehensively. Finally, combine with the work of local government, the paper points out the basic path to keep balance between economic development and environment protection, also urban renewal and industrial transformation.
