Competition for the talent has become the focus of competition, and the talent has become the fundamental for enterprise development. If you want people to enter your enterprise and stay, while give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative it must improve the staff satisfaction. This is the premise of dedication to staff.Now there are very many the articles to research the factors affecting job satisfaction. But the most articles focus on stress from work or family, and it is a little research on both social support and family support. So, this paper will explore the two aspects and research the effect. The paper also make a research on affecting the wish of long-time following; job performance and achievement from leadership support, staff support, team motivation and family support.This may be a breakthrough in the following three aspects:First, from social support and family support, this article studies the job satisfaction of staff. It is the newer view. Second, this paper will explore the utility difference among leadership support, workmate support and team motivation, social support and family support to job satisfaction. It is not mentioned in the previous literature yet. Third, this article not only studies the effect of social support and family support to job satisfaction, but also studies the relationship between the three components, which is less done by people.This article gives the overview and evaluation of the previous study, and indicates the lack and gap of previous study on social support, family support and job satisfaction. On the basis of this, it presents the framework and the12assumptions of the paper, and clearly the writing way. The paper demonstrates the hypothesis by the following two methods:(1) Interview Analysis. From the selected companies, according to the study, the ten staffs are selected who are different education, different gender, different positions, different departments, different ages and so on. (2) Empirical Research. By summarizing the previous study done and referring to the interview content with the staffs, it identifies and slightly modifies the scale used in this paper, which is used to take a questionnaire survey analysis of600staffs. By analysis, it is confirmed that the reliability and efficiency and the model are good condition.And it is further verified the12hypothesis of the paper.Eventually by the use of structural equation model and the AMOS7.0software, there are the following results:H1:The social support of staffs is from leadership support and staff support; H2:The social support and the job satisfaction are positive correlation; H3:The family support and the job satisfaction are positive correlation.
