Job satisfaction is held by individuals to their work a holistic view, but also by personal internal factors and external environmental factors and the formation of an attitude and feelings, and relate to different dimensions of employee work responses and attitudes a variety of factors. Social support is the individual through social contact, some kind of impact would an individual can reduce psychological stress, ease tension in individual psychology to improve the ability of individual social adaptation. Previous studies have found that social support, job satisfaction and job performance of individual mental health and related. Currently,80 knowledge workers has become an important part of employees, knowledge workers after 80 social support, job satisfaction not only to the 80 knowledge workers own health, but also on the 80 knowledge workers in the enterprise after in the management and incentive. Domestic knowledge workers after 80 social support, job satisfaction research still in its initial stage of the study to understand knowledge workers after 80 situation of social support, job satisfaction, status, social support and job satisfaction and related predicted relationship between demographic variables and social support, the relationship between job satisfaction, knowledge workers for the 80 groups and groups after the 80 basis for further research, but also a better solution for the enterprise, after 80 in the management of knowledge workers the problems, and effective incentive after 80 recommendations provide a good knowledge workers.Xiao ShuiYuan used in this study social support rating scale and by scholars, Wu JingJi, Liao SuHua (1978) translation, revised from the selection of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short form of the scale, in December 2010-2011 in January period, online research through field research and a combination of some enterprises in Chongqing after 80 knowledge workers conducted a survey. In this study, 100 questionnaires were distributed,92 questionnaires, excluding invalid questionnaires,88 valid questionnaires, the use of SPSS 18.0 statistics. This study concluded that:First, the demographic variables on knowledge workers after 80 have a certain impact of social support. To gender and marital status significantly different objective support, social support and subjective support and utilization of support was not significant; Different degree of social support and subjective and objective support to support significant difference in utilization of support was not significant; Different jobs and social support and subjective social support significantly different utilization of support, but no significant difference in objective support; Different types of social support enterprise and its dimensions were not significantly different.Second, the demographic variables on knowledge workers after 80 little influence job satisfaction. Gender, marital status, job satisfaction and its dimensions were not significantly different; different degree of intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and general satisfaction significantly different, colleagues and working conditions was not significant; different jobs only intrinsic satisfaction were significantly different dimensions; different business types in job satisfaction and its dimensions were not significantly different.Third, different levels of social support after 80 job satisfaction of knowledge workers and their intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and colleagues were significantly different.80 knowledge workers of social support on job satisfaction have a stronger predictor.Fourth, the level of job satisfaction with different knowledge workers after 80 and supporting the use of social support was significantly different.80 knowledge workers of job satisfaction on social support have a stronger predictor.Fifth, after 80 knowledge workers and job satisfaction of social support was significantly related.80 knowledge workers of social support and job satisfaction was significantly related to most dimensions. In social support and job satisfaction related to the subjective support, internal and external satisfaction satisfaction play an important role.Sixth, after 80 knowledge workers of social support and job satisfaction predict each other significantly. Which support the utilization of objective support and job satisfaction on the explanatory power of a strong, intrinsic satisfaction, and colleagues explain in better social support.Seventh, enterprises can implement at work, such as job enrichment and people management and other effective management strategies to improve after 80 to support the objective knowledge workers; held extensive activities to enhance their utilization of support; create an atmosphere harmonious interpersonal relationships, improve subordinates and colleagues on their relationship to jointly enhance the knowledge workers after 80 inner satisfaction.
