| With the impact of the restructuring of telecommunications in2008and independent operating China’s own third-generation mobile communications (3G) in2009, CMCC Group’s situation becomes severe with increasing fierce competition between the major operators in the3G era. To support the development of CMCC Xinjiang, reduce operational costs and improve efficiency, it is necessary to strengthen the meticulous management of the supply chain from the provincial level unified. In order to be focused in market competition, we are supposed to actively explore ways and means to optimize the supply chain system, combing with the actual marketing and engineering projects.Involved in the supply chain optimization, its core idea is to analyze and study the issues related to the material flow of material requirements, procurement, deployment, storage and distribution. As well as the third-party integration, logistics mode and system support. Combined with the status quo, we identified problems in Supply Chain Management through the research for supply chain sector and marketing projects. The main conclusions are as follows:First, for the optimization of customers demand management sector, we focus on the demand satisfaction and competitive differentiation strategies, and recommended the strengthening of the VIP customer management and accurate positioning of the target customer.Second, for the procurement chain sector, we are supposed to establish supplier and quality management system, optimize procurement catalog, centralized procurement management and standardization work.Third, for the warehousing and logistics sector, we are supposed to implement centralized management of all project materials, evaluate carefully and select excellent third-party logistics.Fourth, establish and improve the logistics information supporting system which matches the supply chain operating model.Last, establish and improve the reserve pool through strengthen the training of professionals. |
