Since the20th century,70years, with the rapid development of informationtechnology, China’s enterprises began to gradually implement the information strategy. Forenterprises, the information process is a long-term project, is a process of dynamicdevelopment, is a process from immature to mature, it requires specific implementationphase by phase, system by system, and step by step, step by step. We need to constantlyoptimize the process of development of enterprise information, in order to achieve thedesired results.."Low-carbon economy "is one of the hottest words of today’s social, it is newdevelopment concept, new development model, new rule of the world’s economic andsocial development, and also a comprehensive issue involving energy, environment,economic. Low-carbon economy is an irresistible economic tide.Evaluation of information technology should take the requirements of thelow-carbon economy, in order to meet the future direction of social development. As thefirst step in the study of both, it is important to analysis the differences betweenlow-carbon economy and information technology factors. The paper describes theinteraction of enterprise information and low-carbon economic development withqualitative analysis method, paving the way for the following quantitative analysis; andthen analyses the relationship between enterprise information and low-carbon economicdevelopment by principal component analysis and correlation analysis method, and finallyselects some key factors of enterprise low-carbon highly correlated with enterpriseinformation, and provides the basis for the project to build a more rational enterpriseinformation evaluation system.
