There are two kinds of staff in organization, one is the employees of burnout, they looksluggishness, suspecting that what they do are meaningless, being indifference to the people andthe things related to work, complain about the pressure of the performance indicators; Anddepression employees is another one, though they are eager to work, they are always discontentwith their own performance, thinking of that it is widely separated from their real performanceand their expectations, often being filled with anxiety, depressed mood.According to the results of the statistical analysis, we found that the degree of the education, the management and technology level have different effects in burnout and depression. With theincreasing in education degree the depression will be improved, and the burnout will be reduced;burnout will be improved with the increasing in management level, and reduced with theincreasing in technology level, but the management or technology level have no effects indepression.Overall, there are significant correlation between burnout and depression. And for thepeople who have the depression tendency, the job burnout and depression is more different.Among the three dimensions of burnout, only the emotional exhaustion dimension is morerelevant to depression. The employees which have higher sense of sin and depressed emotion, will lack of professional efficacy, but may be less in emotional exhaustion and alienation. The job factors which can influence burnout or depression are different. Especially inperformance, those who complained about the pressure of the performance assessment, will beeasier to be burnout; and those who always dissatisfy with their own performance level areeasier to be depressed.
