Construction industry has always been regarded as an industry with high work pressure.However,project managers of construction projects often have to deal with various difficulties in the construction process,such as complicated project tasks,urgent project duration and diverse stakeholders,and are prone to negative emotions on their posts.Allowing such negative work emotions to develop will not only be harmful to the health of the project manager,but also slow down the progress of the project,have an impact on project delivery,and even have a significant impact on the profit and loss of the project.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply understand the causes,development trends and influencing conditions of job burnout of construction project managers and take scientific intervention measures to provide support for the industry.This thesis takes job burnout as the core variable,constructs a research framework based on job demand-resource theory,defines the dimensions of variables through literature reading,designs questionnaires and puts forward relevant hypotheses.This questionnaire is distributed to construction project managers for data collection,and SPSS22.0 software is used to analyze the data to explore the impact of job demand-resource model on Job Burnout of construction project managers,and the interaction between job demand and job resources on Job Burnout of project managers.Based on literature review the results show that:(1)Construction project managers have a medium level of job burnout,and emotional exhaustion is more serious in the three-dimensional degree of job burnout.(2)The dimensions of job demand resource model have partial significant impact on Job Burnout of project managers.(3)In the impact of job burnout on project managers,there is an interaction between job demands and work resources.(4)The multiple linear regression equation of job burnout of project managers was obtained.Finally,according to the conclusion,the management suggestions for job burnout of construction project managers are put forward.This thesis improves and complements the Maslach burnout theory and scale.The conclusion of this thesis will provide the necessary basis for the intervention work of project managers' job burnout,which is conducive to the efficient and high-quality completion of the project managers' job burnout intervention work in the construction industry,and has important practical significance.
