The Quality Of The Construction Enterprise Construction Stage Crisis Management Research

As one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy, the construction industry has played a significant role in the process of economic development. Construction projects which has always been stressed that "the term, quality first" takes quality management as a key task of the project management. Because the construction industry has too much with our lives, once the quality is in trouble, the losses not only happen to the Enterprise, but also brought us the loss of property, even a threat to our lives. That is why we call for a greater emphasis on quality management of the construction phase, as it is a critical stage of construction quality.Base on the life and property lost caused by the frequent induces quality of China’s construction, using the methods such as analysis and reasoning, this paper introduces the concept of crisis management to the construction quality management. From quality crisis management’s pre-prevention, the mid control and post feedback, made an study on construction phase’s quality crisis management, and last eventual adoption of certain quantitative methods of research to do a simple evaluation.Through the establishment of prevention system of the prevention phase of the quality of crisis management, the mid-time control strategies and management of final feedback phase of the evaluation leak filled, reveals the deep-seated sense between the sense of quality and control. This article using the assessment of management to make a comprehensive evaluation of previous work, hoping to identify the focus of the work of the quality crisis management, do introduce the sense of crisis into the work of quality management, causing the attention of the manager, and ultimately enhance the quality management work for the construction phase.
