T Company Production Management Information System Analysis And Design

Uses the tool of E-R to carry on the conceptual model of data base and meanwhile logical model is constructed based on SQL Server2005. Designs a function code system according to encoding principle. In point of view of operational planning, data planning, system development and personnel training, the research analyzes the strategy of implement of production management information system in T Corporation, to ensure that T Corporation that constructing production management information system project get succeed.According to system analyzing, this production management information system includes nine functional modules:Production Planning. Equipment Control and Job Packet Management and so on. The system adopts some special methods to collect the real time and on line production data, such as:job packet tracking, equipment’s state monitoring and so on. The system provides decision support information for managers, is the deepening of the Lean management of the Corporation. To design and cany out production management information system, improves the decision-making level of production management, manufacturing companies have the universal significance.
