In this stage, the competition of current agricultural markets mainlyconcentrated in the sales of agricultural products.Logistics is a key link to ensurethat agricultural products can successfully enter in the sales market. However,Thelogistics of agricultural products in the most critical problems lies indistribution. The existing operational mode of agricultural products have a lot ofproblems such as excessive processes of logistics, unreasonable regionaldistribution method, high distribution cost etc. Thus, it is critical to develop aneffective delivery mode, increase distribution efficiency and ensure the quality andfreshness of agricultural products based on e-commerce.An scientific and effective operational mode is proposed and some furtherstrategies and implementation recommendations are put forward based on theanalysis of the features of existing agricultural supply chain and agriculturalproducts delivery mode. Problems in locating of villages and small towns’agriculture product Distribution Center are studied taking Huainan city as anexample. The main contents are:Firstly, the key features of domestic agricultural product are addressed.Current distribution situation of agricultural product and its problems are alsopresented. Major advantages and features of B2C e-commerce are analyzed afterimporting e-commerce into fresh agricultural product distribution. In addition, taking into account that delivery mode of agricultural product inthe existing e-commerce environment is limited, author put forward to build alogistics distribution center based on processing and saling. This mode can fulfillthe requirements of product freshness, price, product quality and servicequality.Corresponding operational and marketing strategies are proposed as well.In the end, taking Huainan city as an example, author analystics existingproblems of the Huainan agricultural product logistics and distribution of the statusquo and puts forward to optimize the measure and suggestions.Locating model ofagricultural product distribution center is built based on linear programming. Theoutcome is applied to approximate the optimal solution of locating model afterusing heuristic algorithm and theoretical analysis. |
