With the development of3G andmobile communications and WEB2.0technology, mobile Internet has becomea larger emerging market. The industrial background has deeply influencedthe development of. Qingdao Unicom as the leading full service carriers, howto adapt to, hold, and then use the mobile Internet era brought opportunity,give full play to the fixed network dominant position and the3G businessdifference advantage, formed a lasting core competitiveness, become thefront subject to Qingdao unicom。Based on the strategic management theory as a foundation, use PEST,SWOT analysis method, the3G mobile Internet era of Qingdao Unicom, theexternal macro environment, industry environment, internal environmentanalysis of one one. The external macro environment mainly from the policy,economy and society, technology and other aspects of analysis; industrialenvironment using Potter five-force model tool, from competitor analysis,potential entrants, bargaining power of alternatives, and several otheraspects of analysis; internal environment mainly from human resources andculture construction of Qingdao Unicom, network and technology, customersand business hand, marketing ability analysis.
