Construction machinery manufacture is the important component part of equipment manufacture. Recently, construction machinery manufacturing enterprises make fast development, with more profit, but many challenges still exist. On the one hand, the research technology, product quality and service level of foreign enterprises is always intensified, and the enterprise scale of some foreign enterprises is enlarged by annexation and reorganization. On the other hand, the competition is even more intensified in domestic market, and some enterprises are confronted with the trouble of profit decrease. Advanced information technology can provide great support for the development of this new high-tech industry, optimization and reorganization of business process is urgently needed when implementing of important information technology project. By adopting appropriate modeling and optimization method of business process, situation of enterprise business process can be improved obviously, and implementation of information technology can be promoted, then enterprise performance can be improved.In this thesis, research status home and abroad about ERP implementation, modeling and optimization of business process, simulation and evaluation of business process, is elaborated. The responding theory is also introduced, and the importance of process optimization when implementing ERP project is analyzed. Then empirical study of HSYG Crane Co.Ltd. ERP project implementation is made. In this study, critical processes of customer purchasing demand disposal, production plan execution, completion of products and after-sale services are analyzed in detail and modeled with EPC. The processes mentioned are diagnosed and qualitatively optimized according to ESIA principles. Finally, simulation of previous processes and optimized processes is made by using of ARIS toolset software. Simulation results of previous processes and optimized processes are quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of process statistics, functional job statistics, event statistics, organization unit statistics and so on, to make further quantitative optimization of processes and evaluate the effect of process optimization. From this study, some research results and conclusions obtained are listed below:1. In ERP implementation process, implementation risks can be reduced with the combination of ARIS modeling technique and business process optimization idea, and ERP implementation can be promoted certainly.2. The groundwork of enterprise organization structures, which is beneficial for enterprise business analysis and process problem discovery, is presented clearly from the stage of customer purchasing demand disposal to products completion by modeling of organization, function and business processes.3. In this thesis, qualitative and quantitative optimization of processes is made and discrete system simulation of previous processes and optimized processes is carried. The effect of optimization is evaluated according to corresponding process evaluation index, and the results prove that enforcement efficiency of optimized processes is higher than that of previous processes, unnecessary functional job segment and labor cost are reduced, and operation rate of human resources is increased.4. By using of process modeling and optimization under the background of ERP implementation, the quality of product and services is improved, and enterprise cost is reduced. So this thesis has certain value in practice, which can be of some reference for ERP implementation and business process optimization of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.
