With the development of economic globalization and fierce competition of manufacturing industry,managers of enterprise gradually realize the importance of enterprise business process.Therefore,the application of modeling and simulation of enterprise business process is one of the most effective ways.The thesis researches modeling and simulation of enterprise business process based on Anylogic platform,and one certain domestic manufacturing enterprise of industrial product as the background.First of all,the concept model of business process of manufacturing enterprise is established.Through the survey of manufacturing enterprises,based on analysis of business process of enterprise,it makes models of business process of sales,planning,production,procurement,inventory,human resource,financial and other departments.Secondly,the thesis models business process of manufacturing enterprises.According to conceptual model of business process,based on Anylogic software,the thesis models operating departments of enterprise;based on characteristics of business process of departments,logic model on interior business process is built by using component library of enterprise and state diagram in Anylogic;external environment model of enterprise is also built by using system dynamics.Finally,it simulates business process of the manufacturing enterprise.Actual customer order data of manufacture enterprise as input,and then simulation of model is ran.It analyzes the changes of the inventory level,order review rate,inventory turnover rate,inventory cost and the net profit of the enterprise with time.The result of the simulation verifies the feasibility of the model.
