There is no doubt that virtual-team is a kind of valid mode of group management, especially when the company developed to a certain size. Research on virtual-team has been attached more and more importance by the academic circles and enterprise circles, especially in knowledge-based high-tech enterprises.Knowledge is the strategic resources of an organization. It brings sustained competitive advantage in organizations. Knowledge transfer between projects and team members, can improve the success rate of projects, lower average costs and enhance profit levels. Knowledge transfer also can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The collaboration ability and knowledge transfer ability reflects the overall organization learning ability. In the era which establishing learning organization is commonly advocated, knowledge management has become one of the most important means of constructing the learning organization.Taking a mobile internet company as the research object, from the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper studies the optimization of cooperation mode of virtual team, analysis the core elements of virtual team cooperation, and prompt the matters needing attention in the new model. |
