The Twelfth-five-year-planning made it a policy that developing tourism industry and becoming a powerful tourism destinations.Inferior in human resources is the bottleneck which restrain the rapid development of tourism now. Our development over the past twenty years has form an educational pattern that contain four grades:the middle professional education, the specialty education, the undergraduate education and the post graduate education.At present, so much attention was paid to the former two so that their curriculum system is relative consummation while few attention was paid on the curriculum system of post graduate education in our country. The studies on curriculum of the Department of Tourism Management was even fewer. It is challenging and innovative that making the "Curriculum product development of the Post graduate Department of Tourism Management " as an object in this article.The quality of Curriculum product of the Department of Tourism Management is immediately concerns the quality of postgraduate education. This article take all aspects of the four educational levels into consideration, tried to link up the postgraduate and the other levels of tourist management educationintroduced an new idea of hierarchy training, advanced making pointed development according to their own capacity at colleges and universities. Through the investigaion in curriculum product of the Post graduate Department of Tourism Management, we discover problems and advance mesures to optimize the investigation.At first, the article analyse current market demand for professionals in tourism combined with the development of the tourist industry.We used resources like the web, magazines, newspapers and statistics to collect information about the development of the tourist industry and the papers about the curriculum product of the tourism management post graduation.Then we summarize and contrast the distinctive and representative training project of the domestic tourist management master degree. Based on the analysis of China’s tourism, we would summarize and compare the domestic representative, characteristic Master of Tourism Management college training programs and curriculum. After the analysis, we could make the conclusion that the curriculum of tourism management still have some problems, such as curriculum out of date, curriculum setting unreasonable, curriculum product development and market demand of the existence of the outstanding problems.when we do the research on course content and course structure, we are inclined to choose the case study for representative university to analyze the gap between different universities.After the analysis between china and abroad for different types of colleges and universities in Tourism Management Master’s Courses, we hope to find out that:similarities and differences characteristics for China’s tourism institutions in Tourism Management Master of product development, especially the differences of course development for foreign tourism management. Furthermore, this thesis also points out that, the product of Tourism Management Master in China cannot meet the tourism market needs for the high-level human resource.Based on the analysis for the international tourism management curriculum products and the successful experience in product development for product development in foreign tourism institutions in Tourism Management Master, as well as the questionnaire which is designed of the Master of Tourism Management product development, the thesis would evaluate the product for Master of tourism Management product.The last article for the current MBA program product of China’s tourism supply-side issues, offered to the market demand, development of tourism management graduate program product, so I graduate in tourism management under the guidance of instructors, courses of study through the master as a high level of travel management professionals should have the knowledge and ability to improve tourism management graduate of the quality of education to meet the requirements of the tourism market for talent, for the tourism industry, conveying the right people, and promote China’s tourism industry, as do the national economy contribution. The research for the development of tourism management graduate program, it would reflect the state of the actual needs of tourism professionals, improve the competitive power for Management Master and guide the practice of human resource development for different tourism universities and colleges. What’s more, our research would be benefit for the tourism high education and the tourism development, and solve the supply-and-demand problems in the tourism human resource market, ease employment pressure.
