Study On The Mobile Payment Project Of Shenzhen And Its’ Commercial Trial Period Extension:from The Perspective Of Project Management

With the popularity of the Internet and e-business, financial means of payment has become the bottlenecke constraining economic development, value-added services in3G mobile communication technology matures and the context of mobile payments as a new alternative to traditional means of transaction is the payment gradually into people’s lives, and with the3G mobile content and applications universal access charges, mobile payment business model has gradually been accepted.This article from the project management theory system proceed with, introduced the background and realization technology of the mobile payment business, combined with the Shenzhen telecom development condition, I deeply analysed the Shenzhen Telecom mobile payment project management process and management pattern from the aspects of the project initiation, project design stage and construction stage, at the same time I also discussed mobile payment items in commercial trial period promotion strategy. Finally,I looked into the distance of the future development plan of Shenzhen Telecom mobile payment, the research conclusion to Shenzhen Telecom has certain reference significance for further improving the mobile payment project management process.
