The latest national consumption stimulus plans on information are expected to propel broadband networks,intelligent terminals and information application nationwide,especially in rural areas.Under the combined effects of the national macro-environment and local policies and other factors,telecommunications companies pay more attention to adjust industrial layout,proactive resource allocation restructuring and optimization,strategic positioning adjustment and adjustment of development mode.China Telecom basically formed a new pattern of which the four business develop in a harmonious and coordinated way:mobile,broadband,value-added and integrated information services,and fixed line.China Telecom got TD-LTE license in 2013 and the deployment of 4G-related businesses started.Shenzhen Telecom is large state-owned telecom company.Based on the Reform and Opening policy and special environment in Shenzhen,Shenzhen Telecom has established a modern communications network of advanced technology,strong network capacity and great service level.Making remarkable achievements,it has become one of the largest strategic business units of China Telecom Group.This paper studies the development strategy of Shenzhen Telecom in the mobile Internet era,which will be divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction about the background and significance of the topic;The second part is the external environment of Shenzhen Telecom;The third part is the internal environment analysis,which is studied from the corporate culture,core competencies,operating conditions,the company organizational structure and marketing services capabilities,by applying large amounts of data for Shenzhen Telecom's internal environment analysis;The fourth part is the SWOT Analysis of Shenzhen Telecom,which intents to understand the challenges and opportunities,strengths and weaknesses of the company,therefore to develop new market development strategies for the transformation of China Telecom Shenzhen;The fifth part is the strategic choice for Shenzhen Telecom and the sixth part is the implementation and control for aforesaid strategy.All in all,as a large state-owned telecom operator,Shenzhen Telecom have to carry out the "Yi Qu Liang Hua" policy,which is aimed to get rid of antiquate ideas and get out of the common problem of state-owned enterprises,while implementing market-oriented and differentiated strategy.As Shenzhen is a highly infonnationized and market-oriented city,Shenzhen Telecom is to put forward "Smart Shenzhen" strategy to promote informationization construction and to carry out"Smaller Area Operation" plan to solve common problems existing in stated-owned company.
