The Research On The Development Of High-speed Rail Industry In China Based On Recyling Economy

Recycling economy’s main features contains the high-efficient usage of resource, economy profit and environment effect maximum, fitting the new economy development of model sustainable development. The rapid transit railway owns the traits of low consumption and high speed. It’s the ideal transport method which has high economy profit, lower the energy consumption and rarely affect the environment.The rapid transit railway is a new object from the transport ability of traditional railway, low quality and new technology of the railway improvement. It has changed the traditional weaknesses such as low speed, uncomfortableness. It’s modern transport method. Recently, the industry of rapid transit railway has been improved a lot. Although, our country just established the rapid transit railway, it has achieved the first-class level of globality.The thesis studies the rapid transit railway of our country based on the recycling economy theory. The first part introduces the background, meaning and method for studying. The second part is the introduction of theory, telling the relative theory of recycling economy and industry theory. The third part is about current situation of rapid transit railway from domestic and abroad side as well as the development under the recycling economy. The forth part discussed that under the recycling economy background, our rapid transit railway development owns the problems, contained resource consumption, security, economy profit, technology support and lack of talents. The fifth part assessed the development standard of our country’s rapid transit railway by citing the example of rapid transit railway from Beijing to Shanghai. Also, based on the development situation of rapid transit railway, select three aspects, such as resource, sociality and environment, to assess the development level. The sixth part tries to offer the suggestions from the sides of strengthening efficiency of resource usage, muscling earning ability, settling the reasonable development speed, improving the technology innovation and talent cultivation according to the problems and cultivations mentioned in the fourth and fifth parts.
