Large Retailing Industry In Our Country Electronic Commerce Development Research

As a traditional retail style, the large department store plays a significant role ineconomy in China. With the changes of current social environment, large departmentstores are impacted by the competition with external market and constrained by the internaltraditional concept. Their outlook becomes grim. With the development of the informationtechnology, the mode that large department stores integrate with electronic commercebecomes a new way to break through bottleneck for more opportunities for their future,which caused extensive concern in the department store industry. However, so far, theelectronic commerce in large department stores develops slowly. On one hand, manyenterprises hold on the fence and hesitation to try; on the other hand, the enterprise meetwith many obstacles during the course of exploration and the situation is not optimistic.Therefore, how to integrate large department stores with electronic commerce becomes acommon problem.
