Study On The Mode Of Logistics Distribution In Large-scale Department Store Under Electronic Commerce

With the continuous development of information technology,the emergence of e-commerce have brought a huge impact on the development of traditional department stores.The transformation of the traditional department store industry is imperative,to establish their own e-commerce platform to conform to the development of the times.Logistics is an important part of e-commerce,and logistics and distribution is an important part of logistics,department stores choose the appropriate logistics and distribution model,can bring a huge source of profit for the enterprise,logistics and distribution model selection is vitally essential.The research content of this paper is the choice of logistics and distribution mode of large department stores in the background of e-commerce.First of all,according to the literature reading at home and abroad,analysis department store business distribution model related theory.Then it introduces the four main modes of logistics and distribution,namely,self-distribution mode,third-party distribution mode,common distribution mode,supplier distribution mode,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the four models,and analyzes the impact of department store business choicing model,respectively,using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of department stores should be how to choose the best logistics and distribution model.Taking the A department store as the actual case,we use the matrix chart decision method,the SWOT analysis method,the AHP method and the TOPSIS method to analyze the reasonable choice of the department store,and combine the two methods with the combination weight coefficient method A department store choice.Finally construct the cost function model to analyze how to choose the appropriate delivery model under different orders.All of the above analysis methods get the conclusion that large department stores should choose self-distribution modeAccording to the study of the literature and the investigation of the actual case,through my own use of various analysis,the final conclusion is that large department stores may be more inclined to choose self-distribution model,and small and medium-sized department stores are more inclined to third party logistics distribution mode.
