With the development of science and technology and people’s increasing demand, after numerous upgrading, technological innovation, the elevator has become a modern high-tech products, more safe, comfortable, reliable, high speed, high efficiency. At present, the elevator have become an indispensable vertical transport serving hundreds of millions of people on many occasions, it improves the quality of people life, win more time for people. To a certain extent, the quantity of elevator is also a marks gauging The level of economic developmentwith the market of housing enormous changes, China becomes the fastest growing, the largest capacity elevator market in the world. In2007, elevator production of China was216000, more than the half of global yield, elevator production capacity has become the first in the world. In2008, elevator production of China was250000, presently elevator has become more than1000000in the countrywide, again refresh the world record of the development of elevator industry. Although during the financial crisis, elevator market of China somewhat atrophic, but soon returned to growth, because that the estate market of China is the most active in the world. In China, there are more than1000000elevator servicing in Residence, offices, shopping malls and other places. In2009, with the gradual recovery of the real estate, the elevator industry has also ushered in the spring. Due to the expansion of domestic demand to promote economic development of the4trillion investment in housing and transport construction holds the very great proportion, thus directly drives the development of China’s real estate industry, elevator enterprises have to enjoy the tangible benefits.China is a country with a population of1300000000, a huge lift demand is a unique opportunity of China’s elevator industry, but the competitive market only share for the more strong, which requires manufacturers to continuously improve their own competitiveness, through the survival of the fittest rules allow the elevator owners benefit, but also make the elevator industry optimized in general.This article will research the development strategy and competitiveness about Bs elevator company, after reviewing the previous research, firstly we will analysis Chinese elevator industry development situation, problems and development direction at overall, then we will use Potter’s five-force model to analysis the environment of competition about Bs elevator company, defined the Bs elevator company status in elevator industry, finally using SWOT analysis method, in-depth analysis the Bs elevator company’s advantage, inferior position, opportunity and threat, and then points out its strategic selection and planning, lastly gives some suggestions of strategy about the Bs elevator company.
